Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
They took amazing care of my household goods doing a local move. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished faster than expected because they work so smoothly. His crew was also fantastic and very easy to work with. Gage also has a personal story that’s super inspiring and it is evident that he takes great pride in his work. Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
Booking was easy and transparent. The team called ahead to confirm arrival. I loved how neatly they arranged everything in the truck. My antique furniture arrived flawless. I could tell they had experience handling delicate items. The entire move was well-planned. Will definitely use them again.
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. This was a big job and they were positive and professional the entire day. They went above and beyond to protect our brand new home from dings, dents and scratches. We truly appreciate the respect they showed us and our belongings. They made the whole move feel so easy and way less stressful than I expected. They showed up with such a positive attitude and just got to work. I had a lot of stuff in the house, but they never judged or seemed even slightly annoyed, they just handled everything like pros. Moving is usually a super stressful task, but these guys actually made it feel kind of fun. Big shoutout to Chao and his team … they were friendly, efficient, and just awesome to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone getting ready for a move!
Recently had a long distance move to Tennessee and cant recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Worked with Tyler for planning and he was super responsive and helped us all throughout the move. Kevin helped load, drive and unload and was amazing to work with. We had gotten quotes from just about every big moving company in the area and X Van Lines LLC was the best to work with.
