The team was exceptionally organized and moved with military-like precision. Every item was padded, packed, and placed with absolute care. They treated my antique dresser like a museum piece. Just an excellent experience! This is a small operation, but the guys really know how to get the job done. David was a pleasure to work with, very efficient getting the move scheduled Sadly, we were kinda disorganized and underestimated how much stuff we needed to move. But the crew was patient and kind, and helped us get our act together. They stayed late into the evening and did everything we asked. Great attitude, very professional. They worked hard!!! Because we underestimated, David had to adjust the fee. But the increase was reasonable, and he called us twice during the day to make sure we were happy. I'm so glad we chose X Van Lines LLC

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
crew did a great job helping our 1b/1ba move! Even though there was only 1 elevator working in our high rise they worked quickly and patiently to ensure our move out/in was successful. Will definitely use again!

Relocating to a larger apartment in the same city was an exciting but overwhelming task. The moving crew showed up right on time and immediately started packing up the home. They took extra care with fragile items and were very respectful of both the old and new properties. They worked quickly but never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything arrived safely, and they even helped me organize some of the boxes inside the new apartment.
