The guys were quick and professional. This was the first time I hired movers and they made the experience easy and less stressful. I'll definitely use their service and recommend them to friends and family.
Upon arrival the movers were on time and friendly. They immediately got to work professionally disassembling and wrapping all of my furniture in wraps and cloth. They literally rolled out a red carpet so that they don't track dirt in and out of the home (pictured). Ultimately I had a great experience in the move! None of my furniture was damaged and was placed in pristine condition in my new home. We finished at the quoted time and came in at the bottom of the quoted range for cost. I spoke with Nikki afterwards and she was able to support me during and after the move with the highest level of customer experience I have experienced with a moving company. They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
Don is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and patiently walks you through the logistics and paperwork. The movers took great care in ensuring all of my belongings were packaged well, and everything was delivered in perfect condition. This is the best experience I have had with a moving company, and I've moved a LOT. Don't waste your time shopping around for another moving company--X Van Lines LLC are it.
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!
I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.
The crew noticed my bookshelf was loose and fixed the hinges on the spot before loading it. I didn’t even know it was broken. That level of observation and initiative made a huge difference. Most movers would’ve just hauled it without a second thought. These guys treated every piece like their own.
The guys were friendly, quick, and super careful. They made sure every box landed in the right room, making it the easiest moving day I’ve ever had.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
A move from a multi-level house to a single-floor apartment could have been complicated, but the movers managed everything with ease. They disassembled large pieces of furniture and carefully packed everything. The move was done efficiently, and there was no damage. Their help made the process smooth, and it was a stress-free transition.
