My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed using X Van Lines LLC. It was such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Customer service on the phone was absolutely incredible. And Carol was very thorough with the information needed and provided. I was so impressed with the customer service actually. Then when the move actually happened, the movers were very professional and did their work extremely fast. They were very complete in the way that they wrapped things and package them and carefully transport them into our new home. I would gladly use their services again, and recommend them to friends and family as well. The price was absolutely worth it.
I can’t say enough how great our experience with X Van Lines LLC was! They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.

The team showed up on time and got right to work. They were faster and more efficient than we expected. They took care with all of our items, and everything arrived at our new house in perfect condition. X Van Lines LLC did a great job moving our antique bar in anticipation of an upcoming flooring installation! The crew was knowledgeable, professional and extremely careful with this century old antique from Paris. They sized it up, listened to the disassembly information I had, and carefully removed and wrapped each piece for short term storage! I look forward to their return to re-assemble the piece on our new floor. X Van Lines LLC returned today to re-assemble our antique bar. As with the disassembly they were meticulous in assembling this fragile piece. I would highly recommend them for your next move!

This was the best moving company I’ve ever hired! My move was efficient, perfectly administered, and handled with care. The gentlemen even wrapped my items like my white dresser, couch, and bed to ensure no damage or scuffing occurs! The disassemble & assemble your items as needed as well. The movers were polite, hard‑working, and really knew how to handle tricky items (like my large bookshelf and my epoxy patio set). Everything was unloaded and placed where I requested.
