I am very pleased with the relocation services offered by X Van Lines LLC for my recent move. The team member assigned to my job was helpful and responsive to my inquiries, and tremendously friendly and professional. The movers assigned on moving day, Amadu and Fenu, were fantsatic!!! they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)

The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. We moved from a place where there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to access. In order to get our belongings out securely, the movers worked with the construction team to set up a temporary access route. When we thought the transfer would be difficult, their willingness to adjust to the circumstances and find solutions made it possible.
Moving with this team was so easy! They were fast, but never careless! Every single item was wrapped securely! The crew was respectful and patient throughout! My things arrived in PERFECT shape! I will never move without them again! What an AMAZING team!
crew were EXCELLENT!! Great communication. Mike loaded up the items from my storage unit in Florida and brought them to me in NC! He provided photo/videos of anything damaged by previous movers, tracking, and timely arrival. They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
