Movers packed up our entire kitchen faster than I pack a suitcase. Glass, dishes, spices, everything was wrapped and labeled better than I ever could’ve done. Unpacking was actually easy. That kind of efficiency is worth every dollar.
From my initial outreach they were very responsive, they helped me review everything I needed to move, and create the right team of movers for the job. Move day went smoothly, efficiently, and the final cost was exactly the quote I originally received!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.

The associate was very friendly and understood my situation. The movers arrived at my place on our agreed upon schedule and we were able to move everything into my new place right on time. Relocating to a larger apartment in the same city was an exciting but overwhelming task. The moving crew showed up right on time and immediately started packing up the home. They took extra care with fragile items and were very respectful of both the old and new properties. They worked quickly but never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything arrived safely, and they even helped me organize some of the boxes inside the new apartment.
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The movers were prompt, the customer service is professional and extremely helpful. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, Graceful Moves lived up to their name, and I’m truly glad I chose them. Highly recommended!
