They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. Their rates compared to other moving companies in the area were also better. Will definitely remember to use them again in the future. Thanks again!
AMAZING! I called a few days ago to set up a move for some last-minute furniture I was offered. Everyone from Ariana and Josh in the office, to Daniel checking in with me during the delivery were FANTASTIC. I have worked for 15 years in customer service and was so impressed and pleased with hiring this company. Cody C., Frank and Anthony were in communication with me the entire morning, they were polite, prompt, efficient and so kind. They moved every piece carefully and you could tell they cared about how they handled it and placed it inside my home. They loaded the truck with great work! They asked questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and did everything with a smile on their faces even in the brutal heat! Our family move couldn't have gone better. The crew arrived early, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. Martin carefully wrapped antique furniture, Albert secured electronics properly, and Joseph organized the truck so everything fit perfectly. They never wasted time yet remained patient whenever we had questions. By the end of the day, every item was delivered safely, assembled where needed, and placed exactly where we wanted. It was one of the easiest moving experiences we've ever had.
Definitely a sweat and worry free move for us. Price are reasonable too. Company like them is a blessing because moving is one of my biggest worry but thank God we are avail to find X Van Lines LLC. Thank you!
