What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.
We were very impressed with X Van Lines LLC from the very first contact. Marvell was very thorough, pleasant, and friendly. We moved from Ohio and needed movers when we arrived to SC to unload our moving trailer. A couple days prior to moving Alex called personally with a reminder and verifying our date and time of service. The day of the move, crew arrived and quickly went to work. We will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone!
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
The crew of 3 I had today were phenomenal! I thought it would take much longer than it did. I had to keep pushing the date back and added on trash removal last minute when they arrived. The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
