Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.

Antique rugs that have been passed down for generations required delicate handling, and the movers did a fantastic job. They rolled and packed each rug with the utmost care, ensuring no fraying or damage. Unrolling them in the new house felt like magic!

We had a great experience with X Van Lines LLC. They were very professional and worked with speed and efficiency. They worked safely with large items as well as taking care with our new floors and anything fragile. We would highly recommend these movers and appreciate their positive attitudes and hard work.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
X Van Lines LLC team showed up on time and did a great job. We had to empty our home and move everything to our garage in order to retrofit sprinklers to home. They worked fast and protected our furniture and all doorways. Much more than I expected!

He provided photo/videos of anything damaged by previous movers, tracking, and timely arrival. Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
