great company and a pleasure to be around during a stressful time, they wrapped and moved my furniture and everything with care and did it incredibly fast from a 3rd floor apartment. The price was very affordable for a 60 mile move as well. I can't recommend them enough.

Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.

Everything was loaded, unloaded and placed in the most efficient way. We cannot thank you all enough for making this move so much easier for us. Thank you, guys! We will recommend you to everyone!
It’s rare to find a moving company that actually CARES about your belongings! These movers treated my furniture like their own, ensuring everything was protected and arrived safely! They even took time to check with me before placing each piece in my new home! Unbelievable attention to detail!
Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly! X Van Lines made me feel like VIP! They didn’t miss a single detail. My entire apartment was moved in record time. Their packing was secure and extremely neat. They followed every request without hesitation. No stress, no delays — just GREAT service. I’m beyond thankful for this team!
They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. I would definitely recommend this service, and would recommend Jordan and Victor to be your movers.
We were very impressed with X Van Lines LLC from the very first contact. Marvell was very thorough, pleasant, and friendly. We moved from Ohio and needed movers when we arrived to SC to unload our moving trailer. A couple days prior to moving Alex called personally with a reminder and verifying our date and time of service. The day of the move, crew arrived and quickly went to work. We will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone!
