This was our first time hiring movers! 10/10 recommend hiring movers and X Van Lines LLC is the best! I called so many different moving companies, thunder moving was the best price and their team was amazing! We had Brandon and Leo, they were quick and hard workers! They loaded the truck with great work! They asked questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and did everything with a smile on their faces even in the brutal heat! We loved the team we had! Thank you guys for your incredible hard work! I hope to never move again but if I do, X Van Lines LLC is who I will call!

They arrived on time,
They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still being careful, and throughout the entire move they were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. Amazing Service
Relocating from a small apartment into a bigger house was made much easier by the team. They were courteous, fast, and handled all items with care. The move went faster than anticipated, and everything was in place at the new home.

Exceptional Care
I needed a change of scenery, and this moving team was fantastic. They took care of everything, from packing to setting up my new space. I was impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. They made the whole process feel like an exciting adventure. Now I’m enjoying my new surroundings without a worry. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start fresh!

We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience than with X Van Lines LLC. Our movers, Allen, Jessie and Nadrie were very professional in all aspects of the move. Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

packing was perfect!
I’ve lived in my place for 24 years. I have A LOT of stuff. My team of Oscar and Paulo were FANTASTIC. They were careful and efficient and STRONG! Highly recommend this team. Thank you. Will see how it goes on delivery … packing was perfect!

Best team
The loading process was so smooth I barely noticed it. Items were lifted carefully, stacked smartly, and tied down securely. Everyone had their role and did it well. There was no confusion or overlap. The team stayed professional from start to end. I appreciated the efficiency. A move well done.
