I was SHOCKED at how quickly everything was moved without a SINGLE scratch! The crew was FRIENDLY and worked like a well-oiled machine! Moving day has NEVER felt this easy! HIGHLY impressed by their service!
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. Z Moving worked fast without cutting corners. Their eco-friendly supplies were a bonus. Everything was reusable or recyclable. I really appreciated that. Top to bottom, it was a clean, GREEN move. Loved it!
I can’t say enough how great our experience with X Van Lines LLC was! They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
