Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
These movers came READY. Blankets, straps, dollies—you name it. Their system was so efficient I barely had to lift a finger. They kept the vibe light and the pace steady. Nothing was left behind or misplaced. Everything ended up right where I wanted. Total professionals.
Dimas, Josh, and Alonzo helped me move all my belongings from my storage unit to a two bedroom apartment! I had to call them very last minute because of a sticky situation and they were right there to help the next morning! They got everything done for me in two hours and were very kind and helpful the whole way through, would definitely recommend:)
I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. The team was incredible the day of the move, meticulous in their work and very personable. I also really appreciate the upfront transparent pricing and the tagging and tracking of all items throughout the process. A+ happy to recommend.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
The crews were very professional and wrapped our furniture to protect it. The crew worked very hard and managed to load up our house in about 6 hours. I would recommend them to anyone considering movers for their move. Angel’s crew was awesome and did a great job!1
