Amazing professional movers. I was so stressed, however they packed so well and my stress was alleviated quickly. Nathan is a machine and James was fantastic. Denise was very personable and professional and helpful. Mark was also fantastic and a complete professional.

I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. Felt like they had my back the whole time. Seriously grateful for the rescue.
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. • When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
With X Van Lines, there was no guesswork. They communicated clearly at every step. Their system worked like clockwork. It was easy to trust their process. I stayed calm the entire time. Truly outstanding work ethic.
X Van Lines LLC were great! they were super polite, nice, very efficient, and quick with moving stuff out of our old place and into our new place! i chose them for my last move as well, they also wrap your furniture up before they load it into the truck and are careful moving our belongings. their prices are reasonable and it is worth every penny if you’re moving! i recommend them to all my friends and family, they will always be my first choice when it comes to moving
I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
