When we decided to move closer to family, there was a lot to manage with the new house, schools, and more. The movers were an absolute lifesaver! They packed up our entire home quickly and handled everything with precision. Their team worked seamlessly, and we were all set up in no time. Truly impressive!
Not a chance ANYTHING was damaged by them in the move. Moving into the house was a treat. Three boxes come off the truck, they stop and ask where each one goes and deliver it to the right room. Pricing: exactly as quoted, no surprise add-ons or extra charges. I have two more moves to schedule, these guys are on speed dial. If you care about your possessions and hiring a crew you can trust, I highly recommend using this mover.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
X Van Lines LLC were friendly, timely, communicative, and did an excellent job moving some heavy and unwieldy pieces of furniture through the narrow corridors of my home. Nothing damaged and I was very happy with the care shown to my home and items.
crew were EXCELLENT!! Great communication. Mike loaded up the items from my storage unit in Florida and brought them to me in NC! He provided photo/videos of anything damaged by previous movers, tracking, and timely arrival. Getting a quote and booking was super easy. Alex, Ethan, and Marquis did a fantastic job! They arrived at start of arrival window and called on their way. They were friendly and super efficient. All boxes and items handled with care. They used roll out mats to keep things clean and prevent scratches. Overall very happy with price and service, we would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC. We will use them again for any future moves.
