Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly! I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The moving team did a great job packing the furniture in our office. They arrived on time, worked carefully, and handled everything professionally. The team was organized, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this moving company.
