They were courteous, efficient, and well-organized. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and treated my belongings with care. Great experience overall.
Arrived on time with advanced notice of arrival, movers were all professional, worked very quickly, packed/wrapped all tvs and dressers exceptionally. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved plenty in my military days. They are insured and handled everything with upmost care. I highly recommend will definitely use again in the future.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!
X Van Lines LLC was excellent!!! It was so easy to book the company and not a long wait! Two guys came and moved me and they did it in a professional and careful manner! I was very pleased and happy with their work. I highly recommend them if you are looking to move!!!
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
I had large furniture and lots of stairs to deal with. X Van Lines handled it all with skill and patience. Their tools and teamwork made a huge difference. SO GLAD I hired them!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The team was also incredibly responsive and quick to reply when I first reached out to book the move, which made the entire process easy and stress-free from the start. I truly couldn’t have done the move without them. They worked efficiently, treated everything with care, and maintained a great attitude throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. They were fantastic!
Managing a large move was daunting, but X Van Lines made it feel effortless. Their team mapped out a clear plan from the start. Delicate antiques were given special care without being reminded. Heavy lifting was done safely and quickly. They kept me updated without me needing to chase them. It all ran smoother than I hoped!
