Great moving experience overall. The movers were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They even helped with unpacking at the new place!
2 men came to help and did an outstanding job. I book for the late afternoon so i knew they were gonna be tired from the morning move. The still did a great job - I pre-labeled everything with color post-its for each room and they just put everything where it was suppose to be. They wrapped up all fragile furniture and made sure that nothing would get damaged. They had to move things down a flight or stairs and then back up a flight. Make sure to have some bottle waters for them in the fridge as your cups will be packed.
Moving our home workshop with all its heavy tools and machines was done efficiently. The movers used the right equipment and packed everything safely. All tools arrived in perfect condition, and nothing was misplaced or damaged.
The team was polite, efficient, and professional. They also took great care with all my items. The whole processes from getting a quote to signing off on my move was smooth, without any surprises. AMAZING! I called a few days ago to set up a move for some last-minute furniture I was offered. Everyone from Ariana and Josh in the office, to Daniel checking in with me during the delivery were FANTASTIC. I have worked for 15 years in customer service and was so impressed and pleased with hiring this company. Cody C., Frank and Anthony were in communication with me the entire morning, they were polite, prompt, efficient and so kind. They moved every piece carefully and you could tell they cared about how they handled it and placed it inside my home.
