They did a fantastic job and as soon as they started, they worked every single second! They were friendly and respectful to us and also kind to each other!
X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation. I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don't know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.
When I walked into my new place, everything was exactly where I wanted it. The labeling system made unpacking easier than I ever imagined. The crew double-checked room placements and handled every piece gently. No item was too big or small to matter. They made sure all the delicate stuff was secured properly. It was such a smooth ride from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving day.
We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!

I'm a disabled veteran and my wife has sever fibromyalgia. We have two kids a dog and cat and we needed to move our 4 bedroom house into a storage unit while we continued our house search after selling our house. We were doing our best to pack up and move as much stuff as we could ourselves, but it was clear we needed help. Especially when it came to the furniture.
Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
They were all happy as a lark and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this company. If you have a big stressful move they really have helped alleviate the stress they packed individually. And make sure nothing got broken. Also, the owner knows people who can help you hang your TVs and Handyman. Great bunch of people wonderful people highly recommend!
