I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation. I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don't know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.
I relocated to be closer to cultural events, and this company made it such a smooth transition. The movers were enthusiastic and even shared local tips on arts and events. They took care of my belongings, including my art collection, with great attention. I was able to settle in quickly and start exploring. They really made this big move feel effortless and exciting. I’m so grateful for their help!

I’d recommend anyone in the Dallas area to hire these movers if you’d want to have an easy time moving. They even saved me money by doing such a great job in less time that I expected. I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.

I don’t know how these guys do this! Everything wrapped and handled with care. Same crew moved us in and could not have done a nicer job accommodating us on where to put stuff. Super super job!!would never use a different service
They are very fast, come equipped with all sorts of package covers, wrapping tape, etc. They are very precise with time too, felt like they always had my best interests in mind. The movers are very polite, they put down some walkway at the new apartment to keep things clean and would remove shoes when stepping on rugs and such. Overall was extremely satisfied with my service! Worth the money.
