The guys were friendly, quick, and super careful. They made sure every box landed in the right room, making it the easiest moving day I’ve ever had.
Today Chris, Richard, Luis , Ivan and Martin helped Any Hour Services move out of our 5000 square-foot building into our new 20,000 square-foot building. These guys were awesome professionals and hard workers. They were nonstop. All of them were very respectful. Martin made the experience a positive and fun one. Highly recommend these guys.
X Van Lines handled everything seamlessly. They kept the process organized from start to finish, and I never once felt overwhelmed. Even the fragile items were packed with care and arrived without a single chip. Their timing was spot-on, too. What impressed me most was how much they respected my time. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
Their positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and attention to detail truly set them apart. It’s rare to find movers who are not only hardworking and efficient, but also genuinely kind and easy to work with. What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
