We had an amazing experience with Roy, Robert, Oscar, and Devon! They moved us from our 2 bedroom house to a storage locker and small apartment. Super speedy and so kind! Made our move extra easy! Will definitely be using X Van Lines LLC again!
They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.
I appreciated that they brought extra supplies just in case. Tape, boxes, pads—you name it. I underestimated how much I needed, but they came ready. They didn’t charge for every tiny thing either. It felt generous and understanding. They even reused what they could to save waste. Their preparedness really stood out. Moving felt easier because of that.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
They truly cared about providing the best service possible. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the job they did. Everything was handled with care and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC. If you're having any doubts about hiring them, just do it—you won't regret it! You'll be satisfied with their excellent service. They took amazing care of my household goods doing a local move. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished faster than expected because they work so smoothly. His crew was also fantastic and very easy to work with. Gage also has a personal story that’s super inspiring and it is evident that he takes great pride in his work. Clean and neat movers. no damage cleaned out the pod's For us and helped move items that had been placed in the house that we found In We are planning a move in a year to our new home. Being built will definitely call them for help. convenient. And decided to move to a different spot.

Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew . We will definitely call again for future moves!
