Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!
crew are absolutely swift and professionals at what they do. It’s the first time ever using movers and i would definitely use and recommend them to my family and friends. we are extremely satisfied. When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry.
