A sudden relocation meant a quick turnaround, but this moving company handled it seamlessly. They were accommodating and flexible with my tight schedule. The team worked with impressive speed while maintaining care for my belongings. Their thoroughness in packing fragile items was reassuring. Once we arrived, they quickly unloaded and set everything up as requested. I felt supported throughout the entire process, making the transition easier than expected. Highly recommend for any urgent moves!
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
We had an excellent experience with X Van Lines LLC! The crew took extra care with all of our belongings and treated everything as if it were their own. They were fast, efficient, professional, and made the entire moving process so much easier. By far the best movers we’ve ever used. We highly recommend them!
They moved everything into my storage unit with precision. I thought it’d never fit, but they organized it like a game of Tetris. They saved me from having to rent a second unit! I was beyond grateful. Truly a skilled and thoughtful team.
Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, didn't balk about moving arcade style pinball machine, regulation air hockey table, oversized massage chair, or big stereo. Everyone knew exactly what to do when. It was like watching an orchestra. Would use them again!! 7 guys, 2 trucks, 1 exhausting day. Thanks, guys!
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
First, the guys arrived early & were so professional. They were quick and made sure all of my furniture was wrapped and properly packed. They called ahead of time, made sure everything was set in the correct room and offered help with anything needed before Leaving. I highly recommend using this service, you won’t be disappointed. They easily scheduled me for a next day move due to unforeseen circumstances . Thanks ! You guys rock !
Relocating from a small apartment into a bigger house was made much easier by the team. They were courteous, fast, and handled all items with care. The move went faster than anticipated, and everything was in place at the new home.
