Our move went smoothly, with all agreements being observed. I would like to note the wonderful team of movers who packed and loaded our furniture and boxes very carefully and quickly. Special thanks to Milos, he is a wonderful driver and mover, very polite and hardworking. We had a move last week. three very competent men showed up and did a very good job. We had no damage and the move was completed in one day. Plus they were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of the way to get my elliptical exercise machine up some very difficult stairs. Was greatly appreciated. And they gave us boxes in advance to pack and move what we could before them came. Plus the price was very positive. Highly recommend X Van Lines LLC
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!

We've used X Van Lines LLC before. We have always been very impressed by just how good they are. We hadn't had Spencer or Brendan on any of our previous moves but they did not disappoint. They arrived on time and were incredibly hard working for the entire 8 hours of the move. They were very careful and obviously know how to pack a truck (not at all common among movers, surprisingly). Spencer showed amazing energy and enthusiasm during the entire move. Would definitely use them again!
