I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!
I’ve used the X Van Lines LLC twice & they were FANTASTIC! The customer service, professionalism, care of your possessions & home, communication, above & beyond, and good humor & care on moving day - all are exceptional. Both times, an A+ experience, and pricing is more than fair. My move had lots of moving parts & locations (local and out of town) - X Van Lines LLC were more than accommodating & everything was done to plan. . I cannot say enough about them, their crew, & the topnotch job they do.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
The moving team did a great job packing the furniture in our office. They arrived on time, worked carefully, and handled everything professionally. The team was organized, respectful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this moving company.
The experience was incredible from start to finish. The movers arrived on time and with a positive attitude, which immediately set the tone. They packed my belongings with such care, especially my fragile items. Even my heaviest furniture was handled with ease. Movers were fast, efficient, and surprisingly strong! They navigated the tricky staircases like pros. I couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process went. The whole crew deserves a big thank you for their professionalism.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
Nick, Manuel, and Andres made our lives SO much easier for our big move! They showed up on time, and got straight to work. They helped us with both packing and moving. They were professional, careful, and efficient. They worked quick! Before we knew it, we were fully settled into our new home. We would choose them again next time for sure!
