Used last week for my son’s move. Cody was great to work with while setting up the move and answering our questions. Anthony and Chris did a fantastic job getting the items loaded, transported and unloaded for us. We had a great move. Guys showed app on time communicated when they be here very pleasant. Clean and neat movers. no damage cleaned out the pod's For us and helped move items that had been placed in the house that we found In We are planning a move in a year to our new home. Being built will definitely call them for help. convenient. And decided to move to a different spot.
We had a quick turnaround commercial job that we had to manage remotely. The team did a fantastic job and our client was extremely happy with the outcome. George did a fantastic job setting everything up for success and Robert the onsite Team Lead made sure everything was executed flawlessly—the team worked hard! They were on time and communication with us was on point! Again, highly recommend!
They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. Their rates compared to other moving companies in the area were also better. Will definitely remember to use them again in the future. Thanks again!
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
