There aren't any hidden expenses or holding our items as leverage to get more, and he was a man of his word. When they unloaded the truck, they asked where we wanted the furniture pieces, and they assembled our bed and mattress, which was awesome after a long day. The communication from beginning to end was amazing with the staff members over the phone, helping me answer all my questions , to the driver’s and movers calling and checking in. The gentleman that helped me this time around were respectful and treated my belongings like their belongings. They were friendly, professional, and help me problem solve on best ways to pack my storage I was moving into. I’m definitely looking forward to using the service again when me and my fiancé move into our home. Thank yall so much !
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
