There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!
They arrived on time, surveyed the home, and organized the truck to optimize the space. He helped where he could and was super friendly. While my move was bigger than the truck could fit, they took the heaviest items so I could go back and move the left over items myself. X Van Lines LLC did a great job moving our antique bar in anticipation of an upcoming flooring installation! The crew was knowledgeable, professional and extremely careful with this century old antique from Paris. They sized it up, listened to the disassembly information I had, and carefully removed and wrapped each piece for short term storage! I look forward to their return to re-assemble the piece on our new floor. X Van Lines LLC returned today to re-assemble our antique bar. As with the disassembly they were meticulous in assembling this fragile piece. I would highly recommend them for your next move!
We had an amazing experience with Roy, Robert, Oscar, and Devon! They moved us from our 2 bedroom house to a storage locker and small apartment. Super speedy and so kind! Made our move extra easy! Will definitely be using X Van Lines LLC again!
The move was super smooth! Yong and Du were both awesome — super nice, professional, and paid attention to every detail. I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.
