Moving nightmare

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.

The communication from beginning to end was amazing

The communication from beginning to end was amazing with the staff members over the phone, helping me answer all my questions , to the driver’s and movers calling and checking in. The gentleman that helped me this time around were respectful and treated my belongings like their belongings. They were friendly, professional, and help me problem solve on best ways to pack my storage I was moving into. I’m definitely looking forward to using the service again when me and my fiancé move into our home. Thank yall so much !

We had a very pleasant experience with Mark and his interaction with us and although we're no longer moving, wish we hired them if we decided to move. All in all, if anyone wishes to work with highly rated X Van Lines LLC who are punctual, follow up with great detail and have the best prices (flat rate if moving long distance), I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC

We moved without movers in the past, and our experience moving with movers was absolutely worth the investment. They were easy to schedule and communicate with. Perfect Crew

I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was at Car Dome Auto Sales. Moe ensured that all of the documentation was complete and that there were no surprises when it came time to sign. They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. What an outstanding moving experience! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was packed and loaded with great efficiency and precision.
