We relocated to be closer to public transportation, and the movers made the transition easy. They efficiently packed our apartment and moved everything to our new home near the subway. I was impressed by how they handled the congested streets and bustling neighborhood. They were swift, careful, and unloaded everything without difficulty. Moving into a crowded metropolis has never been easier!
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. This was a big job and they were positive and professional the entire day. They went above and beyond to protect our brand new home from dings, dents and scratches. We truly appreciate the respect they showed us and our belongings. Amazing professional movers. I was so stressed, however they packed so well and my stress was alleviated quickly. Nathan is a machine and James was fantastic. Denise was very personable and professional and helpful. Mark was also fantastic and a complete professional.
Let me tell y’all something. These guys? AWESOME! If I’m in the area I will use them again. Extremely fair pricing, great speed, they made it look easy! They were on time, kept good documentation, made sure the TV survived the trip. Fantastic experience.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
The guys from X Van Lines LLC did an outstanding job. They loaded everything into 2 trucks from storage units and drove the 30 miles to the new house where the unloaded everything. They put furniture and boxes in their designated rooms and offered to set up beds, etc. This was my first experience using a moving company and i couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Outstanding!
