They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!
After years in a large family home, moving to a smaller flat was a bit daunting, but the movers made it much easier. They were efficient, handled everything carefully, and worked quickly. The team was great at packing delicate items and made sure the move was stress-free. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
I appreciated that they brought extra supplies just in case. Tape, boxes, pads—you name it. I underestimated how much I needed, but they came ready. They didn’t charge for every tiny thing either. It felt generous and understanding. They even reused what they could to save waste. Their preparedness really stood out. Moving felt easier because of that.
I had an incredible experience with my mover, Mihajlo. He was absolutely fantastic — fast, efficient, and extremely hardworking. I’ve honestly never seen anyone move this quickly while still being so careful and professional. He handled everything with care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Mihajlo to anyone who wants a move done right and done fast!
We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
I called X Van Lines LLC because another company was a last minute no show. X Van Lines LLC helped me at the last hour, so they get 5 stars for that alone. They arrived earlier than they said they would be there, and they were ready to work. The movers made the move effortless although I didn’t see how they were going to get everything done. There were complexities in how things had to be packed, but in exactly three hours, the truck was packed, the storage bins emptied, and we were headed back home. They were phenomenal because they understood that moving under the best circumstance can be stressful. To us, they were professional, calm, reassuring, and most important- RELIABLE !!! I will definitely contact these men again in the future for my moving needs. I highly recommend you call them too.
crew helped us move out of our one bedroom to our new two bedroom apartment. They were both personable and communicative when it came to moving everything. They were also careful with our belongings while moving efficiently. We highly recommend X Van Lines LLC when it comes to moving and will be sure to use them for future moves, due to Alex and Bobby’s enthusiasm and kindness. Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!
WOW!! What an amazing job from X Van Lines LLC! Working with them from start to finish was nothing short of incredible customer service, accommodation and professionalism. Melissa was great to work with planning our move and Sean and Dimitri were fantastic! They made very short and quick work of what seemed like a very big job to my wife and I. We were very happy and thankful. We would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone needing help with their move and will certainly use them again if needed in the future.
