When I saw these movers arrive, I knew I was in good hands. They showed up on time, ready to go, and full of energy. They were careful yet efficient, striking the perfect balance. The way they communicated with me was EXCELLENT. Not a single item was scratched or damaged. They truly made my day less stressful.
Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
X Van Lines LLC did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew . We will definitely call again for future moves!

I’ve worked with moving companies before, but X Van Lines was DIFFERENT. They treated my belongings like their own, and it showed. Not a single item was tossed around or stacked carelessly. Everything was wrapped tight, labeled, and handled with care. They moved FAST without feeling rushed. Can’t recommend them enough!
WONDERFUL experience, TWICE I have used them for my moves and they did a perfect job. All the way from Long Beach to La Jolla, friendly and efficient, courteous and very careful with my belongings. I was amazed by how they were able to get my furniture up & down countless stairways and narrow passages - WOW! Thumbs up from me, these guys are the best and I would highly recommend them! I wish I could give them more stars, it was a great experience both times!
I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was at Car Dome Auto Sales. Moe ensured that all of the documentation was complete and that there were no surprises when it came time to sign. Everything was transparent, from the cost to the loan terms. Moe's quickness saved me a lot of time and made the entire experience delightful. I was in and out of my new automobile in no time.
they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
We had a great experience with our five man crew today! Jordan, Daniel, Logan, Domenick and Jonathan were respectful with our items, but kept up a quick pace even finishing earlier than the estimate. Thanks for a stress free move!
