They scheduled my delivery time for the next day and they were off. This delivery was from NJ to GA. They showed up the next day with a two man team and unpacked my items quickly and efficiently. I would recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone! Faruq and Izzy were great!
They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end. My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.
I've moved 16 plus times and I have to say this was my best experience I've ever had with a moving company. Everything was seamless from the video quote to the guys saying goodbye. Movers were helpful, friendly, professional, and respectful. I moved my fiance from a 2nd floor walk up in NYC to Rockland County. I got a call 30 min before arrival. They did a walkthru to confirm everything. They also took the time to point out this we might have overlooked or didn't notice. If I every had to move again their wouldn't be any hesitation to call them again.
Previous morning I had X Van Lines LLC, complete a local moving job for me.. The overall experience was great. The 2 professional movers, Miguel & Wilfredo we're excellent. They were super-efficient when moving me in to a storage unit. They even took special care to address some of my special requests while organizing my boxes for storage, something greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company, especially these two workers.

From start to finish, Mom and I were both so impressed with the service. Starting with Graham providing us with an estimate and walking us through the process of what to expect, to the confirmation of details the day before, down to the day of the move - the entire process went smoothly and couldn't have been any better. Many, many thanks to Nolan and his crew. They were professional, friendly, patient and oh-so-helpful with my Mom. They were incredibly efficient and moved not only my my Mom's items but items from her house to my place including a jukebox and grandfather clock - no small feat!
