They were on time, were very nice, and treated my stuff as carefully as if it were their own. Would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC, and especially this crew to anyone looking to move!
DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
Returning from a long travel stint necessitated a move, and the team was fantastic. They quickly unpacked and organized belongings, making the transition smooth. So incredibly grateful for X Van Lines LLC! We needed a couch moved out of our upstairs loft, and they were able to get to us super promptly and totally saved the day! Vincent and Gavin were so nice, and very quick and efficient. DEFINITELY recommend!!
I was nervous about my big-screen TV, but the guys wrapped it like it was gold 📺. It rode in the truck safe and sound, and they even set it up in my new living room. That attention to detail is rare. Honestly, I’m still impressed. Solid five-star service right there!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
My experience with X Van Lines LLC was excellent! Bryan and Danny showed up exactly when they said they would, took excellent care of some very heavy and awkward pieces as well as some antiques, wrapping and securing them well in transit. I was very impressed with their ability to get so much done in so short a time and they even helped disassemble a couple extra things that we had not discussed. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Very professional!
X Van Lines LLC were fantastic from beginning to end. Max was very helpful setting up the move. On move-in day, Ryan and his crew were incredible. Everything went smoothly. They were efficient, kind and very careful with all the pieces being moved.
We had a great experience with our five man crew today! Jordan, Daniel, Logan, Domenick and Jonathan were respectful with our items, but kept up a quick pace even finishing earlier than the estimate. Thanks for a stress free move!
