I liked how careful they were moving things through the hallway. Instead of forcing furniture through tight spaces they adjusted and took their time. That helped prevent any damage. The move ended up going smoothly.
X Van Lines LLC were fantastic from beginning to end. Max was very helpful setting up the move. On move-in day, Ryan and his crew were incredible. Everything went smoothly. They were efficient, kind and very careful with all the pieces being moved.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
crew did a great job helping our 1b/1ba move! Even though there was only 1 elevator working in our high rise they worked quickly and patiently to ensure our move out/in was successful. Will definitely use again!
They gave me the BEST moving experience of my life. Truly so helpful, so fast, and I am now able to just focus on intentionally unboxing! Honestly, any and every move will now be with X Van Lines LLC

Phenomenal Service! I moved from Dallas to Denton. Ethan and Raymond were AMAZING! They were quick, efficient, and most importantly courteous of all of my belongings. All of my furniture and items were delivered in the same condition that they were picked up in. Ethan and Ray made sure to carefully wrap all of my furniture and breakable items to ensure all items were well taken care of during the move. I would recommend this moving service to anyone I know and to specifically ask for Ethan and Ray! X Van Lines LLC has a customer for life! First impressions are everything and they exceeded my expectations.
I had several valuables I was nervous about, but the movers walked me through how each would be handled. Their transparency reassured me. Everything arrived without a mark. Their packing skills were impressive. And they took zero shortcuts. My belongings felt safe the entire time.
