Couches, mattresses, shelves—everything handled perfectly. No delays, no confusion. They worked with purpose and stayed upbeat. Unloading was just as smooth as the packing. One of the best moving experiences I’ve had.
Very impressed with X Van Lines LLC for their efficiency and care in my recent move from Sunnyvale to San Francisco! They are very fast, come equipped with all sorts of package covers, wrapping tape, etc. They are very precise with time too, felt like they always had my best interests in mind. The movers are very polite, they put down some walkway at the new apartment to keep things clean and would remove shoes when stepping on rugs and such. Overall was extremely satisfied with my service! Worth the money.
You can tell right away this team is well-trained. They arrived on time, confirmed details with me, and then got to work. Everything was done with intention, not just speed. I had some fragile artwork and delicate lamps—handled perfectly. No scuffs, no chips. They were also really friendly and polite, which made the day feel lighter.
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
Our move went smoothly, with all agreements being observed. I would like to note the wonderful team of movers who packed and loaded our furniture and boxes very carefully and quickly. Special thanks to Milos, he is a wonderful driver and mover, very polite and hardworking. Amazing professional movers. I was so stressed, however they packed so well and my stress was alleviated quickly. Nathan is a machine and James was fantastic. Denise was very personable and professional and helpful. Mark was also fantastic and a complete professional.
Wow! They were an absolute lifesaver for our daughter’s last minute move! They were easy to book, helpful with questions, service was impeccable, and they were on time.
