Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, didn't balk about moving arcade style pinball machine, regulation air hockey table, oversized massage chair, or big stereo. They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.
We moved from a place where there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to access. In order to get our belongings out securely, the movers worked with the construction team to set up a temporary access route. When we thought the transfer would be difficult, their willingness to adjust to the circumstances and find solutions made it possible.
