They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. I would definitely recommend this service, and would recommend Jordan and Victor to be your movers.
They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end. The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! Fantastic service! The team was on time, efficient, helpful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. They look an hour less time than I thought, brought their own tools and helped me take things out of the walls, hooked up my washer for me, asked me to confirm where everything goes, and nothing ended up broken. I am a single lady and I also really appreciated that no one made me feel uncomfortable. Everyone was friendly, conversational, and had a great attitude the whole move.
It's not easy to find movers who can react quickly and professionally to your needs, but I had a great experience with this crew. They were able to schedule my move in a short timeframe, they showed up on time, and they did a fine job packing. The actual move to a storage facility was smooth too. I even had a piano and a heavy marble top in the mix, which was no problem.
