When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. We had a home with lots of over sized windows, and the movers took extra precautions to avoid scratching or breaking them while moving large furniture. They wrapped and moved everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. Very professional team!
Arrived on time with advanced notice of arrival, movers were all professional, worked very quickly, packed/wrapped all tvs and dressers exceptionally. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved plenty in my military days. They are insured and handled everything with upmost care. I highly recommend will definitely use again in the future.
