I’ve moved plenty of times, and I’ve never seen a team so well-organized. They worked like clockwork — wrapping, stacking, labeling — all with smiles on their faces. Not one scratch on anything! It’s rare to find such consistent quality and good energy. I was genuinely impressed.
Relocating from a small apartment into a bigger house was made much easier by the team. They were courteous, fast, and handled all items with care. The move went faster than anticipated, and everything was in place at the new home.
I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!

I called so many different moving companies, thunder moving was the best price and their team was amazing! We had Brandon and Leo, they were quick and hard workers! They loaded the truck with great work! They asked questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and did everything with a smile on their faces even in the brutal heat! I was relocating my home office and worried about my tech setup. They asked which cables needed special care. My monitors, printers, and speakers were wrapped individually. Each cord went into a labeled bag. I didn’t lose a single adapter. Everything worked right after the move. That kind of accuracy deserves real credit. I could start work immediately.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
What stood out to me most was how communicative the movers were. They kept me in the loop at every step. Even the heaviest furniture was moved without complaint or damage. They seemed to take pride in their work, which I respected. Everything was unloaded in an organized way. It was a five-star service from start to finish.
Such a friendly and hardworking crew! Super efficient and great problem solvers (for my oversized couch). Mindful of door frames and lights. Will use again in the future. Thanks so much Tyler and crew!
