Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
The team was polite, efficient, and professional. They also took great care with all my items. The whole processes from getting a quote to signing off on my move was smooth, without any surprises. I can’t recommend X Van Lines LLC enough. Rodney and Al were our moving crew and they were incredible. Super courteous, friendly, and just genuinely good guys - exactly the kind of people you want helping you during a stressful move. The team prior to the move was super communicative, transparent about pricing and gave us a great deal for everything they provided. They worked FAST but still treated everything with care, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Honestly, they made the whole experience smooth and way less stressful than I expected.

They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!

They packed up with incredible care--even finding and returning a pair of earrings I had misplaced--and were both thorough and so speedy!
