Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.

crew helped us move out of our one bedroom to our new two bedroom apartment. They were both personable and communicative when it came to moving everything. They were also careful with our belongings while moving efficiently. Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!
They made the whole move feel so easy and way less stressful than I expected. They showed up with such a positive attitude and just got to work. I had a lot of stuff in the house, but they never judged or seemed even slightly annoyed, they just handled everything like pros. Moving is usually a super stressful task, but these guys actually made it feel kind of fun. Big shoutout to Chao and his team … they were friendly, efficient, and just awesome to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone getting ready for a move!
I didn’t expect moving day to be this smooth. The team arrived early and got straight to work. They handled everything from heavy furniture to small boxes with equal care. Their coordination was impressive—no missteps at all. I appreciated the steady pace and calm energy. They were done faster than expected. I’ll be recommending them to friends.
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
