Moving can be stressful, but these pros made it easier. The packing service was thorough, and the move went faster than expected. Highly efficient team.
They were very attentive to our belongings, very respectful, and it was obvious that they love working together! I truly don’t have a negative thing to say! They were on time, wrapped anything that needed to be protected, and took so many trips up and down stairs to get everything where it needed to be. They helped us reassemble our bed with no hesitation, and even helped us place heavy curb ramps on the driveway.
They were professional, efficient, and friendly, even after working non-stop for 7 hours. These guys are extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond by getting creative when we realized my bed frame wouldn't fit through the stairs case. They moved a ton of furniture from a 4 bedroom house and everything arrived in one piece. I would highly recommend, and will hire them again!
Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly! I recommend this team of individuals for anyone to use in their move, and if I have more items, I will be requesting them by name! Thanks guys!!
I appreciated that they brought extra supplies just in case. Tape, boxes, pads—you name it. I underestimated how much I needed, but they came ready. They didn’t charge for every tiny thing either. It felt generous and understanding. They even reused what they could to save waste. Their preparedness really stood out. Moving felt easier because of that.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
Casey & Mason from X Van Lines LLC were AMAZING in getting my aunt moved out of her 2/2 apartment that she lived in for over 10 years. She has moved a lot in her life (military family) and couldn’t say enough good things about them. They were professional, careful, and had incredible spatial awareness when it came to loading and unloading. Getting a quote and booking was super easy. Alex, Ethan, and Marquis did a fantastic job! They arrived at start of arrival window and called on their way. They were friendly and super efficient. All boxes and items handled with care. They used roll out mats to keep things clean and prevent scratches. Overall very happy with price and service, we would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC.
