My move ended up taking longer than expected, but the team worked so hard, wrapped everything perfectly, and made sure every piece was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. They were kind, professional, and never made me feel rushed or like the job was too much. I didn’t feel overcharged or taken advantage of — just genuinely cared for. We had a great experience with our five man crew today! Jordan, Daniel, Logan, Domenick and Jonathan were respectful with our items, but kept up a quick pace even finishing earlier than the estimate. Thanks for a stress free move!
Booking was easy and transparent. The team called ahead to confirm arrival. I loved how neatly they arranged everything in the truck. My antique furniture arrived flawless. I could tell they had experience handling delicate items. The entire move was well-planned. Will definitely use them again.
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.

They were also careful with our belongings while moving efficiently. We highly recommend X Van Lines LLC when it comes to moving and will be sure to use them for future moves, due to Alex and Bobby’s enthusiasm and kindness. Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!
Extremely impressed with how the team took care of all my furniture and personal items. The moving estimate was accurate, and everything arrived without a scratch. Definitely the right choice for anyone planning a residential move.
