X Van Lines LLC was fantastic! They showed up right on time, and every team member — Skyler, Rishi, Corey, Martin, and Justin — was polite, professional, and took great care with our belongings. Everything was moved efficiently with zero damage to our things or the home. They communicated clearly throughout the day and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Getting a quote and booking was super easy. Alex, Ethan, and Marquis did a fantastic job! They arrived at start of arrival window and called on their way. They were friendly and super efficient. All boxes and items handled with care. They used roll out mats to keep things clean and prevent scratches. Overall very happy with price and service, we would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC. We will use them again for any future moves.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

HEROES!
X Van Lines saved us when another company ghosted. I called in a panic, and they were at our door the next morning. No guilt trips, no eye rolls. Just solid work and kindness. Everything moved on time and intact. What started as a nightmare turned into a blessing. HEROES!

My cross-borough move was exceptionally smooth! Josh the foreman and the other mover were great - they were quick, adaptable, careful, and kept all the items in great condition. Couldn't have asked for a simpler move. X Van Lines LLC was also very flexible regarding dates and times, which I appreciated.

So smooth move
Managing a large move was daunting, but X Van Lines made it feel effortless. Their team mapped out a clear plan from the start. Delicate antiques were given special care without being reminded. Heavy lifting was done safely and quickly. They kept me updated without me needing to chase them. It all ran smoother than I hoped!

We had an outstanding experience with this moving company! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Lester and Omar were incredible. I called X Van Lines LLC because another company was a last minute no show. X Van Lines LLC helped me at the last hour, so they get 5 stars for that alone. They arrived earlier than they said they would be there, and they were ready to work. The movers made the move effortless although I didn’t see how they were going to get everything done. There were complexities in how things had to be packed, but in exactly three hours, the truck was packed, the storage bins emptied, and we were headed back home. They were phenomenal because they understood that moving under the best circumstance can be stressful. To us, they were professional, calm, reassuring, and most important- RELIABLE !!! I will definitely contact these men again in the future for my moving needs. I highly recommend you call them too.

Excellent job
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
