They called in advance on the day of our move letting us know they could come slightly earlier if that worked for us which was great. When they arrived they planned out the most efficient way to offload our truck and made us feel very comfortable. They made sure to respect all of our belongings and were great for conversation along the way. Highly recommend this company and these two skilled individuals for a swift and easy moving experience!
The crew was so HELPFUL and fast! I’ve never had such an efficient moving day. They worked in sync and stayed upbeat the whole time. Even my heaviest items were handled with care. • When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
We've used X Van Lines LLC before. We have always been very impressed by just how good they are. We hadn't had Spencer or Brendan on any of our previous moves but they did not disappoint. They arrived on time and were incredibly hard working for the entire 8 hours of the move. They were very careful and obviously know how to pack a truck (not at all common among movers, surprisingly). Spencer showed amazing energy and enthusiasm during the entire move. Would definitely use them again!
Tony and his team over at X Van Lines LLC were amazing!! Not only did they bail us out last minute on a Friday afternoon after our movers cancelled right when they were supposed to show up, they provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend using their moving services. You will not be disappointed!
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. He made it clear that taking excellent care of both us as his customers, and his crew of employees was his priority. When X Van Lines LLC say "we'll get this done for you" they mean every word!
