I was nervous about my big-screen TV, but the guys wrapped it like it was gold 📺. It rode in the truck safe and sound, and they even set it up in my new living room. That attention to detail is rare. Honestly, I’m still impressed. Solid five-star service right there!
Team leader knew exactly what to do—and led with calm authority. Everyone followed suit. They handled tight spaces like magic and still kept things protected. Every item arrived perfectly. I was STUNNED at how efficient it all felt. TOTAL pros.
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I can’t say enough how great our experience with X Van Lines LLC was! They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
They were very friendly and efficient! Helped break down the bed & took legs off couches to keep (most) walls safe & untouched! Our apartment was super funky so the fact that they were able to move everything as well as they did was sooo helpful! We are two full time working girls with 4 pets so their help was priceless! 10/10 recommend! Pricing was fantastic compared to other companies we spoke with! Movers themselves were kind & accommodating!
The company was easy to work with, with various points of contact and flexibility when we had to adjust our plans. We used them for both moving our household items, as well as our truck and both experiences were handled professionally and our items arrived safely and undamaged.
They’re also extremely responsive with respect to providing COI’s and updating inventory even up until the night before. My move was done in 1 day, and the quote I received from intense movers was SUBSTANTIALLY less than other movers. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and this is definitely the way to go for any NYC move!
These guys are fast,careful,and considerate . I left them alone for 5 minutes,and everything was cleared quickly,on time,and transported safely . The whole felcon crew,RJ handled all my questions and concerns . I’ve never had a moving team before,but I would choose this one everytime . I will be recommending RJ,and his crew to everytime .
Nick, Manuel, and Andres made our lives SO much easier for our big move! They showed up on time, and got straight to work. They helped us with both packing and moving. They were professional, careful, and efficient. They worked quick! Before we knew it, we were fully settled into our new home. We would choose them again next time for sure!
The movers helped us move into a rural home with no street access. They used a smaller vehicle to shuttle items to the house, navigating the narrow dirt roads easily. They made a potentially difficult situation stress-free and efficient.
