This crew worked with such precision and respect for my belongings. Everything got to the new place perfectly intact. Easy five stars from me!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
They were on time, were very nice, and treated my stuff as carefully as if it were their own. Would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC, and especially this crew to anyone looking to move!
Moving with this team was so easy! They were fast, but never careless! Every single item was wrapped securely! The crew was respectful and patient throughout! My things arrived in PERFECT shape! I will never move without them again! What an AMAZING team!

The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. I moved from and the crew was so great about it. No complaints, just good natured, helpful, pleasant and efficient help with packing & moving. Both the packing and moving took more time than they expected and quoted but the team checked with me each time. They also sent out additional people on day two when it became obvious they needed more help to get it done in one day. The additional crew that showed up was equally friendly, helpful and efficient. Management checked in on me repeatedly to make sure it was going well, and thanked me for my feedback with what I did suggest they do differently next time Would hire again!
Antique rugs that have been passed down for generations required delicate handling, and the movers did a fantastic job. They rolled and packed each rug with the utmost care, ensuring no fraying or damage. Unrolling them in the new house felt like magic!
I have used them before and was completely satisfied with the service. This time was no different. The team showed up and got the job done very quickly. They were respectful and pleasant. Taking a brief moment to introduce themselves was a nice touch. No damage was done to walls or floors. I would definitely recommend this company.
