Booking was easy and transparent. The team called ahead to confirm arrival. I loved how neatly they arranged everything in the truck. My antique furniture arrived flawless. I could tell they had experience handling delicate items. The entire move was well-planned. Will definitely use them again.
I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.

They came in, assessed the layout, and got to work like true experts. Stairs, narrow halls, large furniture—nothing phased them. I’ve never had such a calm moving day. All my stuff was secure and on time. FANTASTIC service!
Upon arrival the movers were on time and friendly. They immediately got to work professionally disassembling and wrapping all of my furniture in wraps and cloth. They literally rolled out a red carpet so that they don't track dirt in and out of the home (pictured). Ultimately I had a great experience in the move! None of my furniture was damaged and was placed in pristine condition in my new home. We finished at the quoted time and came in at the bottom of the quoted range for cost. I spoke with Nikki afterwards and she was able to support me during and after the move with the highest level of customer experience I have experienced with a moving company. Just recently moved into a beautiful home in Jersey City and X Van Lines LLC has been a pleasure to work with. The representative were very informative and patient while we did the inventory. The movers, Ali, Andrew, and Mark were very kind, helpful, and funny. The move was such a breeze. 10/10 experience.
Labeling, wrapping, sorting—it all happened quickly but precisely. They brought their own system and made sure I understood it too. I never had to wonder where anything went. The clarity made unpacking easy. I felt organized for once. Their attention to the little things really stood out. It was smooth from start to finish.
Keith and Jimmy came to our residence and packed up our furniture and other belongings and carefully stored them. Two days later when it was time to put them back and unpack, they did so with great care. Most importantly because they proactively took pictures, they were able to put every single item (small and large) back in its original place. Very professional duo. Will definitely use them again for any type of residential move.
